2021 3rd International Conference on Communications, Information System and Software Engineering（CISSE 2021）was held on December 10-12, 2021 in Guangzhou, and was organized as a parallel session of the 3rd International Academic Exchange Conference on Science and Technology Innovation & Inaugural Meeting of IEEE PES Smart Buildings – Loads – Customer Systems (SBLC) Technical Committee (IAECST 2021).
