Prof. Pingyi Fan, Member of NAAI, Winner of NAAI 2025 AI Exploration Award, IET Fellow, Tsinghua University, China

Bio: He is a tenured professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, Director of the Open Source Data Cognitive Innovation Center, a Member (Academician) of the United States National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (US-NAAI) and the recipient of the NAAI 2025 AI Exploration Award, the Co-Chair of the Academic Committee of the NAAI Institute for Asia, the IET Fellow, and a member of the International Review Committee of IET Fellows. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University in 1994 and stayed on to teach. He has published more than 600 academic papers, including 181 IEEE journals and 16 ESI highly cited papers. He has applied for more than 40 national patents, 7 international patents, and published 5 academic works. He has won the Best Paper Award at 16 IEEE and other international conferences, including IEEE ICCCS 2024, ICC2020, and Globecom2014, the IEEE TAOS 2020 Best Paper Award, the 2024 High Impact Paper Award from the Chinese Journal of Electronics (CJE) of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the IEEE DCASE2024 Challenge Judge’s Award (DCASE2024 Challenge), AEIC (2023) Most Popular Scholar Award, IEEE TWC (2009) Excellent Editor Award, etc. He is currently on the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (TCCN) (2024-2026), the editorial board of IAES international Journal of Artificial Intelligence (IJAI) (2023-2026), MDPI Section Editor-in-Chief of Electronics (2025-2027), The Chair of China 6G-ANA TG4 , etc. He has served as the General Chair, TPC Chairman or the Keynote Speaker more than 40 times at international conferences. His main research interests include 6G wireless communication networks and machine learning, semantic information theory and big data processing theory, and intelligent network and system detection.

Prof. Ts. Dr. Wan Mohd Nasir Wan Kadir, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia

Bio: Dr. Wan Mohd Nasir Wan-Kadir is a Professor of Software Engineering at the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He earned his Ph.D. in Software Engineering from The University of Manchester and has nearly 30 years of academic experience. He has held prominent leadership roles, including Dean of the Faculty of Computing at UTM, Chairman of the Council of ICT Deans (MaDICT), and Head of the ICT Cluster at the National Council of Professors. Dr Wan’s research and consultancy work centres on enhancing the efficiency and quality of large-scale software systems. His research has secured over RM 1 million in funding and includes high-impact consultancy projects such as Internal Software Quality Assurance for the KVMRT2, RTS Link, and SME-HIP1 projects. His current research interests include Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and the application of AI/ML/DL in Software Engineering. Professor Wan has published over 120 research publications, including journal articles, conference papers, books and book chapters, contributing significantly to the advancement of software engineering both in academia and industry.

Prof. Huan Zhou, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China

Bio: He is a tenured professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, Director of the Open Source Data Cognitive Innovation Center, Huan Zhou received the P. h. degree in Control Science and Technology from the Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, 2014. From 2012 to 2013, he joined the Department of Computer and Information Science, Temple University as a visiting scholar, under the supervision of Prof. Jie Wu. From 2016 to 2017, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the University of British Columbia as a postdoc research fellow, under the supervision of Prof. Victor C. M. Leung. He is currently a full professor at the School of Computer Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China. He is the recipient of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Youth Fund. His recent research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Mobile Social Networks, Mobile Edge Computing, Mobile Data Offloading, and VANETs. Dr. Zhou has published more than 100 international peer-reviewed journal/conference papers, including IEEE JSAC, TMC, TPDS, TSC etc., and won three best paper awards, e.g., I-SPAN 2014/2018, IEEE iSCI 2022. He is serving or served on the editorial boards of  PLOS ONE and EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking. In addition, he served as TPC Chair of AIoTSys 2024, GameNets 2022, BDTA 2020, Track Chair of IEEE ICET 2022/2023, and TPC member of many international conferences, including MASS, ICCCN, GLOBECOM, ICC, WCNC, PIRMC,  and so on.

Prof. Jianquan Ouyang, Xiangtan University, China

Bio: Ouyang Jianquan, Ph.D., Second-level professor of Hunan Province, doctoral supervisor, visiting scholar at the University of Georgia, U.S.A. He was selected as the third-level candidate of Hunan Province New Century 121 Talent Project in 2011. He was selected as the 2019-2020 Hunan Province "Three Districts" Talent Support Program. He was awarded the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Promotion Award in 2019. He was awarded the Baosteel Education Award and the first outstanding science and technology worker in Xiangtan City in 2018. He was awarded the third prize of Hunan Province Natural Science in 2010. He was awarded the second prize of Hunan Province Teaching Achievement in 2013 and the second prize in 2016 and 2019. In 2014, he won the third prize of excellent achievements in educational scientific research in Hunan Province. In 2018, he won the national prize of teaching innovation in artificial intelligence and big data education in colleges and universities. In 2020, 2021,2022 and 2023, he won the "Outstanding Contribution Award" for Artificial Intelligence Big Data Blockchain Education in National Universities. In 2007, he was selected as the training object of young backbone teachers in general colleges and universities in Hunan Province. He is a senior member of China Computer Federation (CCF) and a liaison of Xiangtan University, a correspondent member of CCF Youth Working Committee, a member of CCF Education Working Committee, a correspondent member of CCF Big Data Expert Committee, a standing member of CCF Computer Application Professional Committee, a member of CCF Computer Vision Professional Committee, a member of CCF Pervasive Computing Professional Committee, a member of YOCSEF ( Young Computer Science and Technology Forum of Chinese Computer Society) Changsha Sub-Forum 2015-2016 Chair, Executive Member of CCF Changsha Member Center, Senior Member of Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence.

Prof. Suleman Mazhar, Harbin Engineering University, China

Bio: Suleman Mazhar (Senior Member, IEEE) received the postdoctoral degree in information and communication engineering from Georgetown University, Washington, DC, USA, in 2015, and the Ph.D degree in information and communication engineering from Tokyo University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2010.,He loves teaching machine learning and data science and spends leisure time in software consultancy, field work, protecting endangered species in the rivers and endangered beings on the roads. He is currently a Professor with the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China. His research interests include acoustics and machine learning.
